Pollster John Zogby reports in our weekly White House report card that President Obama's approval rating continues to hold in the mid-40s as others around him, namely Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Congress, sink.

"Bibi Netanyahu proved this week that just when we think skunky politics has already hit rock bottom, he can bring out a jackhammer and reach new lows. Some may cheer at his victory but he has alienated a lot of Israel's most reliable allies and he is not a trustworthy partner. He has won but damaged his nation.

"And this week Congress failed to pass a bill to aid victims of human trafficking. Under circumstances like this, who wouldn't look better? President Obama held his numbers at 46 percent."
