In his weekly presidential report card, pollster John Zogby finds that President Obama's success in getting a nuclear arms agreement out of Iran was a major legacy victory.

"This week is all about the Iran deal, of course. The president got a deal with an enemy of the past 45 years and it is one for the history books. There are critics on the GOP side and in Israel and the Gulf states are not happy. But for those who wanted a display of both statesmanship and confident presidential power -- whether they agree with the nuclear pact or not -- they got it.

"And all signs point to not enough votes to override a promised presidential veto of a certain congressional rejection. This is a seasoned, sure-footed president whose polling numbers have not budged."
